Port Talbot - Street Protests

10th MAY 2008

A demonstration march was held against the proposed 350MW biomass power station on the 10th May 2007. Around 180 people marched through Port Talbot in opposition to the proposed power station.

SEPTEMBER 2007

in September 2007 a petition against the 350 MW biomass power station was signed by 4,502 people.

15TH SEPTEMBER 2007

A demonstration march was held against the proposed power station. Over 300 people marched through the town.
